Went for my daughter's birthday 🎂 and now we are members. So if loud noise isn't your thing I would recommend some type of noise canceling ear phones or something. It is very loud in there. An when we went there was like 7 birthday parties happening. Staff are very nice it's as clean as it can be with the volume of kids they get. Lots of rides and things to do. The zip line and bumper cars there was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy. Our daughter had a really great time. Even convinced me to get on a few things and I'm not small. I weigh 240 just to put things in prospective..so the rides and attractions are safe. Pricing is also not bad. Will be back. 🎢

Came here this past Sunday for a birthday party and wow the place was packed. It’s definitely a loud, crazy and fun place to take your kids to let them burn off energy and have fun. They offer so many activities compared to other trampoline places. The workers were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, the kids loved it!

Offers more to offer than sky zone. Fun for most ages I took my son and 2 grandsons ages 4,5,9 they enjoyed theirselves. Food slushies and icecream beer is sold . The only reason for the 4 stars is it Can be crowded they need to make more locker space an spaces for coats and shoes. Lines can be long for the rides. Locker rental starts at 5 .00 for 3 hrs. During omicron no mask were required no temps were taken when I went but sanitizer stations were available.

You do not have to buy a ticket to watch, only if you want to participate.
You can, but sometimes they sell out. You're safer purchasing ahead of time to reserve your spot.
We don't require reservations but we HIGHLY recommend them to guarantee your spot. We can only take walk ins until we reach capacity (currently under 50% of normal due to Covid restrictions). After that we have to turn customers away. That happens frequently on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Visit our website at www.urbanairakron.com to buy tickets in advance. If the timeslot you are looking for is not available, it means we are already sold out in that window.

Prices very based on the attraction pass you purchase. Ticket range from $13.99 for basic trampolines to $27.99 for an all access pass. We also offer discounts for children 5 and under and parents (with purchase of a child pass). There is no age limit. All attractions are based on height minimums and the majority of our customers are between 5-15 yrs old. We also encourage parents and adults to enjoy being active with their kids by offering a discounted parent pass. You will see many adults having fun at Urban Air too !
Will, we have several ticket options depending on what attractions you want access to. For example, if you just want to jump - day pass access to our basic trampolines starts at $14.99. If you want to access everything, such as the rock walls, ropes course, warrior course etc... our Ultimate pass is best for you at $27.99. And we have an option in between.
