Great place Todo business. Nice workers with great knowledge if you have questions. Great deals for all budgets. Go inside and view what they have for you. I'm sure you will be happy with a great deal they can find for you . Plenty of parking. Waiting time is minimally short on a buisy day. We have been a customer for over 10 years and are still very happy. Thank you Comcast. You are another who Makes America Great Again!!!!

This review is for the xfinity home security service. There are several hidden charges as always with crimecast. The first was a $10/mth fee to record video on up to 6 cameras. After that fee goes up. Not much good if you can't record. The 2nd hidden fee was a $25/mth totalling $600 for installation and equipment. The installation took all of 15 minutes and I wasn't given an option to install myself. This charge consisted of 10 window sensors, 2 cameras, 1 motion sensor. Well he only mounted 1 outside camera and did it so well we get to see the eaves of the house in half the frame. The window sensors are merely stick on. And the sticky tape is also inadequate. We've had several false alarms due to them falling off windows this summer. That in itself is another cost. We've been a loyal Comcast customer here for 20 years and when I spoke to them about the ridiculous fees I was left on hold for 45 min with no one coming back to me after staying "she'd check on it". Unfortunately, I'm outside my 30 day cancelation window or it would be gone asap. Will definitely not be renewing their service.

Went in with some problems and Devon (I think was his name) helped me out big time! Great service really makes a difference.

The store got everything on my account squared away right away! However, trying to use the Xfinity Assistant online was quite a nightmare. What I needed to do on my account was not available online. Had to travel about 20 miles to have the store handle it. Could not even reach the store on the phone.

What is phone to Puyallup store
If you look under the pictures I posted a business card with a number that should get you to a live person
I have returned equipment to Comcast Xfinity stores in Auburn and the east side, so I'd imagine there wouldn't be any issue at this location, too.
Yes but if you connect to your phone or other devices it does not update. I.E. if you delete off phone it doesn't delete off web. And vice versa... very annoying I use outlook cause it also has sweep feature which is awesome for spam.
Regular time that i know of
You sign in at the front counter and before you know it someone calling your name to help you.
There is no phone number that gets to the store, but you can dial 1-800-XFINITY for assistance.
Or just call 1800 xfinity and save your self a trip

Yes, I would either call Comcast customer care or the closest Comcast store to the damaged box. Hope that helps & good luck!
Yes, if that is an Xfinity property device.
Chances are good, I was helped and it was close to that situation for me.
Yes
No you have to be on his account but all your Dad has to do is call and add you as someone who is authorized
Hi Jim, If you have the xfinity app on your phone you can restart it through the app as well. And it tells you if you are under maintenance or if your box just needs a restart. Hope this helps. If not I would call Xfinity.
Cody-try going to their website and wait through the que, and you get a live person. We have had success every time
