Whoever is residing in room 1011 can blame for this. I spent the night on the 23rd of december a day before christmas eve at my family's who reside here at these apartments. From 10pm at night till 3am in the morning these apartments were having a party with blasting music and yelling. When my family who lives here heard it they informed me he does it on a regular basis and a lot of nights he blasts his music till midnight and just havent said something. This is totally unacceptable I even walked outside and someone else heard it and said something! Whoever lives there needs to have some respect for someone other than himself!

EDIT: THIS PLACE ISNT SAFE TO RENT. DONT RENT-PLUMBING AND MGMT ARE HORRIBLE. lived here 3 months, 2 of which were spent in 2 different hotels in two different instances of plumbing leaks; 2nd resulted from the 1st not being cared for properly. Purposely obtuse when asking for an update, shifting blame to ATI, or changed properly managers without telling anyone so when I’d ask for an update, they would feign ignorance. Jade, Susan, Iraq, Chris from Maintenance and Kim from the bellevue office were the people I directly dealt with(the lower maintenance staff was awesome and actually were on ground helping when water came rushing into our home and risking my great grandfather’s 250 year old Oak trunk) along with everything else we owned for a second time(shout out to keyes and Joe-they were the only competent and the most honest of all of them). I saw them also take advantage of at least two of neighbors during this time. ATI(contractors who Bothell Ridge/Essex uses) left our toilet UNSEALED FOR THE FIRST 3 WEEKS of the first leak without working on it, causing sewage to leak. They left our bathroom wall exposed where the toilet was WHEN WE WERE THERE AND SO WERE ADJACENT NEIGHBORS, so we could SEE THEIR FEET IN THE BATHROOM, so zero privacy. Whole lot of them weren’t helpful and mostly just were LIARS. Don’t rent from them, they are horrible. Neighbors are really nice though!

My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months and love it! The community is quiet and the grounds are well kept. The apartment are clean and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. The only complaint i would have is parking as there are many reserved spots you can rent that tend to sit open while we all fight for the free ones. Besides that, a great place to live! They were awesome about us having to end our lease early due to military PCS orders.

Nice property but expensive. The staff, maintenance in particular, are not very helpful and pretty rude. I personally would avoid this one, especially considering all the options in the area.
