We LOVE Bailey Farm! My family and I lived here about 6 years ago. We moved due to extenuating circumstances, and we are back and could not be happier. The apartments are so comfortable, and well kept…but the best part is the friendly management and community culture. They have a couple of fun events each month for the residents and everyone is super kind and friendly!

This apartment claims to be ADA friendly, but after telling them how traumatizing my ten year old autistic daughter finds the leaf blowers in the breezeways and on our patio (blowing away our things and releasing carbon dioxide near our semi closed off doors)... Nothing was done. These men wear protective headgear for themselves, but then aimlessly walk right up to our windows and doors (sometimes looking in) over and over. I can only assume it's to get their full moneys worth, but it sends my kid into fight or flight mode. She screams. Cries. Panics. Hits herself if we don't hold her. Mondays have become a day of full panic for her. They did nothing when we brought this to their attention. This still happens every Monday like clockwork. We will not be renewing our lease, and I highly suggest others do the same (or not move here at all) until they start caring more about their tenants... rather than just the money they provide the Florida based company that owns this place.

The office and maintenance staff are so genuine and professional. They are very communicative and keep things moving during these crazy times. My only issue is really just the apartment layouts overall. If this apartment had a bigger kitchen and air conditioning, it would be pretty perfect.

I LOVE it here! So much so that I moved back! Haha I've experienced both the previous and current ownership. And both are superb. Annamarie is always so helpful and makes you feel like family. I've always had a quick response with maintenance as well! I especially love being close to the wetlands. They keep the property so clean! I actually see staff cleaning the sidewalk (city property) with a dust pan and broom all the time! And that's not even on their property! The landscaping is gorgeous and the neighbors are sweet as pie. I feel lucky to live at Bailey! :-)

Application fees are $45 per applicant over the age of 18. These fees are required along with a nonrefundable holding deposit of $300 to complete your application and submit for screening. After your screening is run, your security deposit is determined to be either the standard $300 or a higher deposit. Finally, as you get ready to move in, we ask that prorated rent for the first month is paid upfront along with the next month’s rent if you are moving in after the 20th of the month. We also collect any other pet related deposits/fees at that time as well.
Our standard security deposit is $300, however some applicants may need an additional security deposit based on their screening results.
Yes! We are available by appointment for in person, self-guided tours M-F 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm and Sun 10am-5pm. We also offer virtual tours as well.
All of our residents are expected to make 3 times the base rent on a monthly basis. When applying, we ask for income verification in the form of offer letter of employment, two months of paystubs, or six months of bank statements.
Our standard pet deposit is $300, for up to two pets, refundable at move out and $200 pet fee per pet (max 2). Pet rent is $35 per pet, per month.

Our property features first come, first serve free parking for up to 2 vehicles per apartment home. We offer assigned carport spaces for $75 per month, detached garage parking at $150 per month, and detached storage-garages for $175 per month.
All of our homes feature air conditioning hookups in the living room and bedrooms.
Yes! We have storage spaces that are attached to a garage for an additional $175 per month.
