It was a beautiful day. The tenants were out walking their dogs. One tenant was walking her cat on a leash. The cat was strutting along enjoying the walk.

Great people. Surroundings kept immaculate. Neighbors helping each other. Quiet peaceful place to enjoy retirement. Ground crews are always out keeping areas clean and trees trimmed. Why would anyone want to live any place else but a truly well rubbed and happy establishment?

Very nice place for the neighborhood. Lots of goose poop so wear appropriate shoes.
