I have lived here for 3+ years and it is a very nice place to live. Management is very conscientious of our surroundings and returns calls expeditiously. Management also bends over backwards to help us accomplish our needs. I am VERY happy with management and my surroundings.

I'm one of the new homeowners here and so far I'm pleased with the community. The scenery is great and essential stores are convieniently located nearby. There are a few issues like sugar ants and no playground for the kids but overtime I can see this changing considering this is an all age community now.

My wife and I visited this community as we just got married and are looking for a home. The manager we met with, was really nice, knowledgeable and informative. She listened really well to us about what we were looking for and showed us some different floor plans of units, advised us on neighborhood safety, local schools, and even left us with a recommendation for a great burger place after we met with her! I was pretty impressed with how clean the community was. I absolutely loved how naturey the place was. I felt really comfortable having a family here. This community is high on our list of places to live now, and I couldn’t be happier with the manager. Five stars!!!

The community has several drainage issues, land will shift or flood. Ants are a HUGE ISSUE! Property management does not treat. Manager does not accept responsibility for lots or land and is condescending to speak with.Good luck.
