Excellent customer service from Edward in plumbing! I couldn't find a part and when I asked him it was like a Google search. He walked right over to where the exact piece was and handed me what I needed. Thank you Edward, I'll be coming back to the store again because of you!!

This Home Depot is pretty much your average Home Depot, but with the friendliest staff I've ever come across. I'm okay with the usual indifferent staff at these places, as I'd just get through my day if I worked there. However, this place has genuinely happy people... Kind of odd if you ask me, but I figure worth noting if your halfway between Redmond and Bothell locations.

I ordered over $1000 in totes and paid $80 for them to be delivered 2 miles from the store. Issue 1- A lid and one to were delivered broken. I took it to the store I purchased them and they exchanged it no problem. But why pay $80 for delivery when they didn't even make sure all the items were undamaged. Issue 2- I had three different sized types ordered and they delivered 4 of the 5 totes and all of the lids. I called the store and explained the issue. They asked me to come pick up a replacement and they 'd give me a small credit for my "trouble". I told them that I didn't think it would fit in my car due to the size which is why I paid for delivery. They said they'd deliver it in the next week, but I didn't receive it. The following week I received two delivery notification that an hour later had the status is canceled. No communication from home depot. Issue 3- 2 of the 10 same sized tote lids were the wrong size. Fed up with this and issue 2 I went to customer service at the store. The lady accused me of lying about where I placed the order. Told me the bitter lake store handled the order and I'd have to deal with them. Since the delivery was canceled twice she offered to refund me, told me that you're want in stock, and that I could exchange the lids this one time but they wouldn't do it again. No apology, no ownership for home depot multiple mistakes. Then she told me to go find the replacement lids. I had to go find them and what do you know they had the tote that I needed to bottom for as well. She didn't want to let me have it and called a manager. I hear her tell the manager that the order is from bitter lake store even though the customer says she ordered it here. Manager OKs it and she scans it and says, "Are you happy now?" The bitter lake store is over 20 miles away and I live in Woodinville why would I drive 30 minutes when my local store is less than 5 minutes away. Worst customer service experience. I'll never buy from home depot again. Save yourself the hassle. Come here to look at stuff and then order it from Amazon with free delivery. You won't receive broken goods and your whole order will arrive. This company doesn't deserve your business.

Great staff and customer service Great inventory online and in the store People are helpful. Before covid they offered free coffee as well. Home Depot carries a large variety of stains, as well as a number of semi-transparent ones. Though I'm not sure if they carry that specific brand
I see guys hanging out by the entrances to the parking lot at this location. Best to get there before they open, because most guys that need help for the day are going to be starting early. That said, I see ppl hanging around looking for work late into the afternoon, trying to get picked up by someone that's trying to get labor to help finish a job before the end of the day. Work isn't guaranteed though. It's going to be hit and miss.
