Staff takes forever to respond to emails and rents are very high for what you get, cheap remodeled units that fall apart. They charge high fees that you don't have to pay at other properties. Maintenance team is short staffed so issues go unresolved for several weeks. They also do not plow the property when it snows making it impossible to leave so you are stuck until the snow melts

Do not rent here!!! Was a resident nearly 5 years ago and my account upon move out was resolved. Because people are not paying rent they have decided to charge me again. Yikes! Terrible mismanagement. There is also no air conditioning in these units so prepare to sweat. They also will not let you have a window unit without a licensed contractor installing it. On top of that the walls are paper thin. Find somewhere else or enjoy being harassed 5 years after you leave.

I can't say enough about how amazing Nicole and her staff have been since I moved in over a year ago! Work requests are done in a timely manner with professionalism. I feel very safe here, enjoy the beautiful grounds and the fact that the garages attached to the homes are NOT used for storage. It is nice to have ample guest parking stalls when residents use garages for their cars. Updates to homes are being done currently however I am happy with the way my home is now and really love my particular layout. You cant find another place that offers what Pinnacle Sonata Apartments offers!

The reason for only 4 stars... Overall the place is great, staff is wonderful and helpful, location is good, and the units look great and feel updated. I feel comfortable and safe here and don't really have too many negatives. I also want to mention I have lived here for almost a year(will be 1yr in June). The only reason I rate this 4 stars is because my location of my unit is where the children playground is, I can't really complain about the noise but I feel that the kids need to be monitored better. Kids are roaming around all over the place(beyond the playground) and are doing things like climbing all over the play set putting themselves in danger. I see only a couple of parents every once in awhile that actually take their kids to the playground but most kids just come alone. I really don't appreciate when kids literally are running by my little patio area and sometimes even on it, also littering and leaving toys behind around my area and others as well. I've also seen a few kids mess with the grass/dirt and make a big mess right in front of my patio. I just wish kids stuck to playing on the playground rather then everywhere else. Maybe you should make it a rule of some kind that kids must be monitored and stay on the playground at all times? Just a thought. Besides that, everything else is wonderful!
