i called yesterday and spoke with Alyssa (sorry if spelled incorrectly) and Alyssa was so helpful, kind, and so friendly. just minutes before i called this bakery, i had an awful experience and was bullied by a manager from a different bakery, who told me that the cake i had ordered custom for my wedding was not going to look good (purple frosting, pink and blue flowers on top, my favorite colors) and that they would not make it for me, i was in tears, but was recommended this Hillcrest Bakery by an amazing family member and Alyssa was the one who took my order and helped me get it perfect, i am so much more excited for my wedding day because of this experience and i cannot wait to see and taste the cake. Alyssa deserves a raise for how awesome she is with customers. thank you so much for turning this terrible day around, i am forever grateful i was blessed with such a kind person to speak to after the ordeal i had gone through.

Michelle literally saved the day! She was able to create a beautiful and delicious cake on a very short notice for our son's very small family wedding celebration. I also really appreciate Michelle's pleasant phone manners.

We got a lemon meringue pie from hillcrest which has been our first experience eating from hillcrest bakery and they did not disappoint! 2 of us ate the entire pie in 2 days and it only lasted to the second day because we were too sad to have it be gone in 1 day. Based on this experience i can only imagine that everything they make is good!

Really clean and nice establishment family wasn't crowded at all and very nice I'm good delicious yummies Donuts also different dessert I would suggest it to anyone very cute Place loved it.
