I initially went to see Beth about some toe pain when snowboarding (toe side). After an overall assessment (feet to hips), Beth gave me some toe/foot/ankle exercises/movements for strengthening and mobility, including toe yoga! I diligently did these and 2 weeks later on my next snowboarding trip the pain had significantly decreased. We continued to work together on my overall movement/mobility which always left me feeling great and ready to go. Beth will give you the tools to address the needs of your body. If your body needs any attention, run (if you can!) to Beth. I highly recommend Beth, not only is she a wealth of knowledge, she's a pleasure to be around!

Beth is Amazing! Not only is she very knowledgeable she is a really good listener to your movement concerns. I came to her after she worked with my husband on his knee's. I was having a lot of lower back pain, I think it started after doing hours of gardening. Then I noticed it was affecting my cycling and even after sitting on the couch... getting ready to stand was painful. I did a Zoom meeting for about an hour. She had me tell her about my pain, then had me run thru a bunch of movement evaluations. She gave me "Homework" and sent an e email with links to the movements so I would know just what to do. I did what was told and within 1-2 weeks I was feeling much better. She asked the other day how was my back pain, AND I couldn't remember the last time my back hurt. I am pretty active, Backpacking, Trialthons, swimming pretty much anything outdoors! Thanks to Beth, I can do it all pain free!

I initially went to Beth for an injury to my right hamstring/adductor area which I sustained during training for an upcoming competition. Meeting Beth became one of the most beneficial experiences of my powerlifting career. She assessed my injury and over the course of the prescribed sessions she was able to rehabilitate the injured area to full functionality. Her instruction and use of physical therapy, strength training and plyometric programs turned every session into an opportunity to learn and grow. She helped me to address my issues, achieve my goals and rehab an injury that I thought might curtail my powerlifting goals. I am very thankful to have had Beth's help and would recommend her services to anyone looking to rehab an injury or looking to seriously compete in their respective sport. Everything Beth did for me culminated in a very successful competition where I was able to set multiple records, win my division and qualify for Worlds.

Yes, depending on which option you choose we can work out some type of payment plan for you. Money should not be what stops you from living the active life that you want and deserve!
Good question! Honestly, it depends. The longer you have been suffering from your pain, the longer it may take you to get out of pain completely. But usually your pain will decrease withing the first 2-3 sessions.
Absolutely! Why wait until something goes wrong? Let's be proactive and get you moving and feeling better before things get worse!
