Lived here for a year and had my maintenance requests done in timely manner, office was always polite and helpful, many community activities and amenities offered. Very rarely did i hear noise from the neighbors when i was home. They even gave back most of the security deposit. It was a little annoying finding somewhere to park if you got home after 6.

Incompetent and lack of understanding how to serve customers. Nothing the staff said was close to even true. It’s easy for this company to use an uneducated staff member to put the blame on. The one staff member has lied about everything she said. She thinks she know how to cover her lies but only makes herself sound even more ridiculous. If this is how they treat there prospective renters this isn’t the place to live.

We have lived here for more than 8 months and it’s a pretty great place to live. The staff is amazing and always very nice and helpful. Our apartment D106 is spacious . Parking can get a little crowded and it is not the cheapest, but for the money it’s the best place in the area. Diana and Jade are very helpful. They always make going to the office an enjoyable experience.

Expensive, outdated, Comcast is the only option for internet (unless you want broadband with Frontier), and people are constantly speeding down the street. If you get an apartment near the road you will always hear cars whooshing past your house.

Select Essex communities offer homes that may be considered rent controlled. Availability and leasing terms are subject to change at any time. Essex also offers below-market rent (“BMR”) programs at select communities. While this is not a rental assistance program, BMR units may be available to residents who qualify based on their annual household income and the number of individuals living in their household. To determine if the community you are interested in offers BMR options, please contact the leasing office for more information.
