The representative I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. He basically told me that even if they could settle my debt why would they after I left my old apartment complex high and dry, which was not the case. I was very upset because how dare he speak to me that way as if he has any knowledge of what actually happened. I will be emailing the company directly and demanding that he be reprimanded. People like him do not need a job dealing with any kind of customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Dwayne is the collections manager and in the wrong field of work. Most rude, hateful, miserable, judgemental person I have ever spoken to possibly in my entire lifetime. Shocking that StateFarm would contract with such a poorly run organization with a terrible reputation.

I feel like a lot of people give them a hard way to go, for things they can’t even control. You should be mad at the person who you got into the accident with, they’re the ones sending the NSB after you. They’re just doing their jobs. I had a quite pleasant experience with them. I was in debt to an insurance company $4,600 and called to set up payment. They allowed the option to pay in full and it would knock it down to only $2600. In addition, I didn’t have the money at the time so they out dated the payment until my tax return would hit. They genuinely helped me, my personal experience.
