Double wall oven was serviced due to loss of power. The tech that came only tested the power leads to the oven. Per the service tech, their services include pulling the appliance out. We made a separate appointment with an electrician, which they are not allowed to move the appliance. My husband made a call to ASAP Appliance and requested a tech come assist pulling the appliance, they refused and said that isn’t a covered service. What did we pay for???? Tech was great, customer service and their misrepresentation of services is terrible. My 57 year old disabled vet husband ended up moving a VERY heavy DACOR convection oven on his own.

We called about a dishwasher that had a failing front panel. Appliance ASAP helped us to quickly understand the problem and gave us an honest estimate. We ultimately decided to just replace the unit. Even though we decided not to repair the dishwasher, we really appreciated their professionalism and honesty. This is now our go-to company for any repairs and I cannot recommend them enough.
