Alexander O’Brien
Crystal Clinic Orthapedic Centers owes Alexander O'Brien (Care of The Irish Government 🇮🇪) A Life Debt for what Crystal Clinic Orthapedic Centers did to Alexander O'Briens Arm, destroying Alexander O'Briens wrist out of jealousy towards his abilities as a musician, inventor, public speaker and Civil Rights Activist for All Irish Peoples. Also, Crystal Clinic Orthapedic Centers commited Defamation of Character, Slander, Libel and Crime against Humaity against Alexander O'Brien after he became a Religious Diplomat, then soon after all Irish People. You really should not have done that to someone with Religious Diplomatic Imunity of The Highest Order. Your actions are Unforgiven and Unforgivable. -Dante

Horrible

Given how many people go to this "premium" care facility, I am surprised by just how terrible of an experience I had. They told me to arrive early for paperwork, only to make me wait 30+ minutes to get called to the back after finishing said paperwork. I explained my symptoms on the forms before I went into the back. I waited a bit, then I explained the symptoms again to the nurse who was actually very kind. Then, I waited a while until the technician came and took X-rays in less than 2 minutes, only to return to the room to wait more. When someone else came in, they asked me to describe my symptoms a third time, clearly not having communicated with the others. They left after providing no insight and made me wait more until ANOTHER resident came in and asked me to describe the symptoms yet again, only to leave with zero insight. I waited again until the actual specialist came in. He had me explain the symptoms AGAIN, wiggled my finger once, and said the X-ray looked fine, and offered little to no information or investigation into my pain. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, I left with no insight and a hand that still hurts to this day. Finally, over a month later, I received an exorbitant bill just 3 days before it was due. On it was a $229 new patient fee which no one had ever mentioned to me, and there was an excessive price for what was simply an X-ray. I played phone tag for days and days with a billing department that apparently never answers incoming phone calls until I resigned to just paying the bill. As it turns out, the online bill pay was broken anyway, unable to find my patient identifier number. I played phone tag for several more days until I finally was able to catch a staff member who had little to no insight on the charges and had to manually add my bill into the system again. Oh, and they assured me I can expect that second facilities bill to come, only god knows when. All in all, I am paying way more for this useless visit than I will for a CT scan I had done by the Cleveland Clinic on the same day. Honestly, this was a horrible experience for what I expected, and I would advise against paying into this country club of treatment, unless, that is, if you like paying premium fees just to get in the door and for receiving minimal, transactional attention.
