Okay, rooms were okay, service was good, airport local due to cancelled flight so there's that...no choice in the hotel stay local.

I didn't stay there. I picked up some people at the hotel. The staff was friendly and asked immediately what I needed. Place looked very clean even though there was remodeling taking place. The people I picked up said they were impressed with the hotel very much

I had a great stay at the Fairfield CMH Airport. Each of the Fairfield staff employees I dealt were extremely helpful and friendly. I needed to rent a car and the GM took me there himself, I can only assume he has staffing challenges like most in the service industry today, regardless he was happy and quick to assist. Honesty the difference is the quality of staff – most hotel properties are very similar, but the GM must be a good leader because he and his team were spot on.

Great place with friendly customer service personnel. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Close to the airport, but you need to call ahead for the shuttle or you will wait. The only downfall is the current construction. There are obvious safety hazards including screws protruding from the walls in lobby which easily catch clothing.
