Shawn runs a great shop!!! Their service is quick and efficient. They even made sure we were cool on a very hot day. He takes good care of his crew and is encouraging to them. We bring all of our Ford pick up trucks to this location.

I'm not going to give one star because they did change my oil and put air in my tires and seemed relatively competent. However they wouldn't let me drive my own car up onto the platform, which isn't an experience I've had at a jiffy lube before, and the person that did drive my car up onto the platform sped up and almost out of the bay making me cringe with anxiety. I was charged $9 to top off my coolant, which is also not something I've ever experienced at a jiffy lube. I probably won't go back to this location but they were prompt and I was in and out within a half an hour.

The manager Shawn runs a tight ship and keep the staff productive not stop. As a manger myself I appreciate this. The timely service and the turn around on the cars he and the team got out while I was there was impressive. Nice job Shawn.

Getting an oil change is a simple procedure. But when your tire goes flat, while waiting in line, from a screw that became dislodged, and the clock is ticking as to when you will be asked to pull your vehicle into the bay, it speaks volumes when 2 of their techs bust onto the scene and helped me change the flat. Huge shout out to the crew at 21st and Broadway (Portland, OR) for awesome customer service.
