I went in for a transmission oil change with filter, and an a new fuel filter, there was a Miner problem with the gas filter plastic clip that tightens the hose. Chris and the employes went beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. Chris was very polite, and professional with great customer service. I will continue to service my car at this Jiffy Lube location on 103rd and Halsey st. Thank all you all for your dedication And excellent service , a job well done Guys. Dave Schefter

I went to the location on Halsey and this is the only one I will go to from now on. I went in to get spark plugs and coil packs. The staff was so friendly and even made suggestions on where to get breakfast since I was going to be there for a little while. Everything was very well communicated. I was helped by Kinsey, Antwon and Chris. I definitely recommend this location.

Despite a bad experience with an extremely rude employee, I decided because they were so close to give them another chance. The young woman manager was very nice and so were the other employees. However, two weeks after an oil change, my coolant light was on. When I took it in the employee stated that it was halfway done. That should have been taken care of with the oil change. Note, that I paid good money and requested the higher grade oil. Since the oil change (about three weeks) my car is indicating that it’s ready for a change. I’m going in tomorrow and expect to be taken care of. Obviously, it wasn’t done correctly? I also expect a full refund. I know this is a stressful time of year and I don’t mean to be a witch… but what would’ve happened had my engine conked.
