Prices of rental boxes are not competitive at all. As well various up charges if mail comes in for different names but to the same address/your box. I have been doing detail research on pricing and features and wanted to use them because they are close, but sadly their prices turned me away.

Wow!! My experience at normal USPS offices have been abysmal. The office works look like they're about to rot away from the very displeasure of speaking to me, and God forbid you ask a question. These people? I have never met such kind, compassionate, helpful workers who were literally rays of sunshine. Helped me ship an international package and took care of everything for me, with the patience of a Saint 💙 I cannot reccomend them enough!! Thank you to the shorter woman with an accent and the woman with black bangs at the counter!

I stopped at A-1 Mail to send out some packages. I wanted some to go UPS and others to go out US mail. A-1 Mail made it easy for me to do both with just one stop. The customer service was great and I was very happy with the way I was treated. This made my afternoon go smoothly and left me time to do other things. CVS was right next door so I had time to pick up some household items at the same time. Highly recommend

I haven't had a mailbox with these folks for almost a year I gat a w-2 that I thought never got sent. The folks called me and got my new address and sent it to me. Over the top nobody does that. But these folks did my time with them was fantastic and now they showed how fantastic they really are. Fantastic job A-1 mail thank you for being so fantastic.
