Beautiful facility and people are great. Smaller selection of dogs to be adopted but a good variety. Cattery is incredible. The only problem is if you adopt a kitty they won't want to leave. Haha. Please adopt

They're friendly and helpful. Remember folks to vaccinate your dogs (and cats), spay/neuter dogs, cats and bunnies, chip and license your pets too. There are plenty of pets there waiting for furrever homes. Adopt before you shop. The after hours emergency vet service is available and saved my dog's life one time. 🙌

We rescued our dog from this shelter a few years ago. She has been an amazing dog! We do recommend Beware, if you live in an apartment you might be better to rescue from elsewhere unless you have your landlord give them approval.

We only went here once to put our dog down, and can’t say how grateful we are to everyone. We arrived at 4:30am and the staff was friendly and sweet during such a painful time for us. It makes a big difference when making such a necessary but heartbreaking decision. The follow up card was unexpected yet so appreciated. We miss our sweet boy but having those final minutes go so peacefully puts our hearts at ease.

I personally adopted a 1 year old cat and highly recommend it, they do have kitten 3-4 at a time and some do have adoption conditions as in two kittens may have to be adopted, and do know go see the kittens first before you see the adult cats
I'm not sure, I would imagine not due to privacy restrictions. I'm sure you could inquire for info.
I adopted my rescue dog Jack from them and have been so happy, the adoption process was smooth and they were very professional, so I think they would probably be a good place to volunteer

You go to mission Viejo animal shelter. Off of crown valley and Marguerite
Take the cat to the Mission Viejo animal shelter where they can check to see if the cat is microchipped. If so they can contact the owner.
They get new dogs and cats regularly so check the website or visit the facility. You can also check other facilities websites nearby.
They do occasionally. You'll need call periodically and check.
Yes
18 is the minimum age. You also need a current tetanus shot.
It's very hard to solve. We finally sold the house and left. Good luck.
