HOA abuses it's users, doesn't follow their own rules, says one thing but does another. Doesn't take care of their problems, doesn't care at all. Paying HOA for no good reason

The construction has made it impossible to get to my client. Then the requirement to drive on the maintenance road seems very unusual.

Beware of Carlos at gate one. He's one rude guy. I would never recommend anyone I know to live there based solely on his employment there. He called the person I was trying to deliver to and they didn't answer. I kindly asked him to call again and he said that I had to get on the back of the line if I wanted him to do that. I asked for a managers number and he refused to give it to me. Coward.

I have someone interested in renting in Casta Del Sol. Question: Mom had brain surgery; Dad still works so they have their 34 year old son living with them as Mom's caregiver until she is better so Dad can work. Is that allowed?

Yes, that is allowed but you have to notify the HOA / Admin ahead of time and get approval. When mom no longer needs care, the son will need to move elsewhere. The homeowner ( that they rent from ) should be able to direct them to the right person at CDS to navigate that scenario.
