Did not have a positive experience and wouldn’t recommend. I tried on and picked out my shoes and they held them at the front for me while I shopped around. I found a bunch of great stuff that I put on my list for the future. Picked out a pair of new sock and some energy gels to purchase then went to the front to check out and the sales associate said to me oh here’s the box for your sunglasses. A little shocked I said oh these are mine (I had a yellow/green pair of Goodrs on). She said oh I didn’t see you wearing them before (I had them on my head from the moment I walked in the store and all while she helped me pick out new shoes) and handed the box to another sales associate who then went to the sunglass rack to make sure their pair of sunglasses were still there then gave me a look like oh you are right those are yours before putting the box away. The shoes I bought were $180 the, socks were $18, if going to pay that much for shoes and socks I’m not going to steal a $25 pair of sunglasses. I was wearing a shirt from another running store, if I’m wearing a shirt from another running store don’t you think I might have some stuff related to running that I didn’t buy from you? It wasn’t the mistake of thinking the sunglasses were ones I wanted to purchase that bothered me, I was bothered about how it was handled after I said that they were mine. I had also inquired about their running club which I was really excited about. I thought it would be a great way to make some new running friends when my husband gets deployed. However, after this experience I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this store the whole thing made me feel really uncomfortable. Update: I returned my purchase, as the experience just didn’t sit well with me. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who did apologize for my experience the day before and this did make me feel better. Overall they really do have great stuff. I think maybe they just need to train their staff a little better. It doesn’t seem fair to give them a 1 star review considering how much great running stuff they have in store and how nice the gentleman was to me today. Updated from 1 to 3 stars.

I had been going to big box stores for shoes for 10 years and generally not happy. Went into Snails Pace and got help immediately, went through the quick foot fitting process and the first pair of shoes recommend were much better than I had been getting over the past years and the same price. Quick, effective and cheap. 2 weeks later I am very happy.

Went to this store to receive expert foot measurement, view a large selection of shoe choices, and to try on and get expert recommendations for my needs. The salesman was extremely helpful to me and i ended up with a shoe brand i never would have tried on without his input. Very happy with my purchase. Worth the visit

I've been to this shop twice and three times in my family. The staff was patient with my fitting appointment, answered all my questions, and brought out several shoes to try. As a new runner, all this was very valuable to me and was well worth the full price of the shoes. The staff here are not just store keepers, they're knowledgeable athletes themselves!

I don't think so... Try Endurance House in Laguna Niguel for those.
