The worst apartment community ever.. they would switch off the water supply all of a sudden with no prior communication. You may receive an email later that due to an emergency they had to shut off water.

I wanted to give 3 stars.But my experience has not been a pleasant one here, so I settled on one. For several weeks, they could not get the regular work orders fixed because of lack of staff. If one bath did not work for 3 months, they would tell - "so you have the other one working". Imagine living with your family with kids and guests coming over and your dishwasher does not work (almost 2 weeks..still not fixed as of writing this review). I can imagine and understand supply shortage and lack of staff. But these are the things that the higher management needs to resolve, not the staff sitting here. Rents are high here and everyone moving to TX from every corner including me, so I don't think cost is an issue here. There are some positive things as well - one is 'great location' and the second is 'the maintenance staff has been nice'.

I not to long ago moved into Brooks on Preston. I’ve been so busy with work I kept forgetting things that I had to turn into the office that they needed from me to move in, as far as my paper work, but I will say they have been so nice and patient with me. Every time I send an email, they respond to me so quickly, which I truly appreciate. I've lived in places where I have ask questions about things, and no one ever respond to my email. I Love my apartment, I don't have loud Neighbors it's pretty quiet. Everyone in the office have treated me very nice. Seriously, I'm not saying this because I live here, I've lived in a lot of places. And I can say, by far this is the nieces place I've lived in. One main thing that I love, when they told me my price for rent it is exactly what they said, not different prices every month. Which I have experienced. I can truly stay in my budget With them because I know what my bill will be every month. if you are looking for a place to live with a very nice community. and pleasant staff this is your place .
