Thanks for your question about Marquis at Legacy! We are a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome. However, exotic pets and certain dog breeds are restricted. Up to two pets are permitted per residence. For one pet, we require a non-refundable $400 pet fee. For two pets, we require a non-refundable $600 pet fee.
