Very poor management. trash is picked 2/3 days a week and yet they charge you for 5 days. pool has been closed all summer until now. gym is closed early morning. very stupid leasing and expensive. BBQ area, Pool and gym is only a trap to get you move in. Onve you're stuck here, you won't see any of these things open.

the area is surrounded by homeless so i wouldnt live here unless you plan on not going out after dark

2 bed/2 bath will be approximately $1100+ after fees for water, sewage, & trash are added. Please check their website or call for specific pricing. Is this a senior residence? No. Is this income based? Yes and no. No, in the sense that they do not have a government program (i.e. Section 8, etc). However, you have to show proof that you make 3 times the monthly rent (or more) in order to qualify for an apartment here. Also, there are no attached garages. Only assigned, covered parking for a fee of $25/month or unassigned uncovered parking for free. They also run criminal background checks. Hope this info helps! :-)
