The customer service is horrible they don't even pick up the phone line and they keep you waiting by giving you false info on your wait time keeps repeating different times even after extended time on the call it's so unexceptional for people who really needs this assistance

The Most unprofessional caseworkers in the region apparently live here. The mother of my two kids receives 500$ a month which honestly barley gets them by, has been counting the days down because she had just enough to make it to the 11th. Kids woke up this morning of course, wanting breakfast, ready to eat like the growing boys they are so, she gets them in the car to go get groceries and then she gets there to find out her food stamps have not went in. She called and called and called, six time to be exact and she finally got an answer on the sixth call by the “supervisor” that answered the phone with hello instead of his name and company. And then he proceededs to tell her that the CASEWORKER FORGOT to roll her case over. So now, my kids are sitting there hungry because I’m at work in a different state and can’t bring them anything. BBB will be contacted.
