Terrible Customer Service and Management. I would give this store negative 5 stars if it were possible. I was waiting patiently for over 10 minutes and a salesperson chose to assist another customer who was not waiting in line. After ringing up that customer, she immediately walked away and came back later to assist another customer who was not in line. This is a form of discrimination and poor customer service skills. As a paying customer, the salesperson should have acknowledged my presence in line and assisted me prior to assisting the other customers. I approached the manager and informed her of sales associate’s lack of professionalism. The manager brushed it off like it was ”no big deal”. I purchased the items and left. However, I have decided to return all items. I will shop elsewhere worthy of my business. Express should provide all employees, especially management, proper training to ensure the best customer service. I will not be shopping here or their affiliates.

This review is more of an overall review of the company and not so much just this location…Their styles used to be way more classic wearables. Great jeans, nice t-shirts, polos, etc. I don’t know who’s in charge of their brand now, but it’s become “sexy professional”. The issue is, I don’t think that’s really a thing. I can’t wear see-through tops to work, I don’t know who has that luxury. Lots of lace and silk and it’s like where do you expect me to wear this anyway?
