Good selection and a good sale but they left the electronic theft protection tags in there which caused embarrassment for us later. Had to return to the shop again to get the tags removed. Plus the customer service should inform you for promotions..no one did that and we didn't receive the gift card on offer!

Ok experience. Wandered around from front to back of store and back to front looking for a specific style of items and no one asked if I needed help. The drawers were very unorganized and had a lot of sizes that were not in the specified size drawer which made it take a lot of time to find my size. Thought Victoria's would value it's customers' time more. The check-out person was nice and opened another register once I had stood there for about a minute, she seemed like a manager or something. This was the only positive part of my experience. Next time, I will go online.
