We walked in and everyone greeted us and we're very helpful. The quality of the furniture is so nice and price point wasn't bad either. Pam our sales person was amazing! Very knowledgeable, Thorough and very helpful. We are very pleased with our service. Other stores we went in to never even acknowledged us and their quality was very poor next to LZB. We are looking forward to getting our new living room furniture soon. We ordered the Mackenzie sofa and 2 chairs and an ottoman. Can't wait!! Thank you. LZB

Great service. The testing of the different beds (for firmness) was the only way to really find what worked for us. They used disposable covers to keep the experience clean and sanitary. Kristina was very pleasant to work with.

Although we decided not to buy the sofa and loveseat we liked because we decided to wait until after our remodel next year, we wanted to tell you that the Store has excellent selections. BUT MOST OF ALL, we wanted to tell you about the excellent sales associate we had. Ask for Greg Ortega. He doesn't hover but shows up to help when you have a question. We also like the Lazy Boy attitude. They can put together whatever you're looking for.
