Love French’s but wished they had a mail order. I moved out of state and would love to order cookies to be mailed. Other bakeries offer this service, French’s does not. :(

Excellent customer service but the selection is not really French at all; rather just typical American desserts that you can find anywhere.

I don't know if I have ever experienced such outwardly rude people who are in the business of helping customers. Believe me when I tell you I asked for nothing out of the ordinary, just asked some questions about the cupcakes. You would have thought I was asking for free samples or questioning the source of each ingredient. I wonder what it is about this place the promotes the rude behavior of its employees. I was treated better in Paris.

spent 128 dlls for a Graduation cake. When I came to pick up my cake ( already paid) on Saturday 12/11/21I had a horrible experience with the bad customer service from this lady named Ann. She doesn't have any manners. This lady was so rude and ruined my day. She said that I was supposed to pick up my cake at 10:00 and made me wait 30 plus minutes for a cake that was already paid and ready to go. I will NEVER NEVER EVER will be going back to this place. This lady has no idea about providing good customer service. Find a different job if you don't like helping clients.
