I went to this location about a week ago. I went because they had a $25 off coupon. After the coupon it was still almost $85. I was told my car was finished except they were putting on my skid plate. I sat there for several minutes while they were "putting my skid plate on". As soon as I left, my car was rattling, which it has never done before. My husband looked to see what was going on and found that the skid plate was reattached with two zip ties. This is insanity. I will never go back to any Jiffy Lube after this. Beware if you do. Between the price, and the total disregard for having you leave with your car put back together correctly. I could only imagine if I had them do anything more involved. Terrible. My husband is now having to go to Honda to try to get replacement bolts- TO HOLD MY SKIP PLATE PROPERLY TO MY VEHICLE. It's leaking oil in my driveway and the oil doesn't even appear to be changed. I just called the store and spoke to STORE MANAGER ROBERT who refused to do anything to correct this without me bringing my vehicle back to them. I will NEVER go back to a jiffy lube. Be very wary of these people. Thank god it was checked and found before our 12 hour drive to California tomorrow....

Got an oil change 2 months ago and guy told me the brake pads needed to be replaced and asked me if I wanted them to do it. I told him I would do it myself and save some money. I finally got around to checking out the pads today and they are not even close to needing replacements.

I’ve been here a few times,The employees at this specific location are super cool, they are very honest and friendly. They have went out of their way to help with issues they didn’t have to help with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to this location for service!

when I get my oil changed, It’s rare to get education about what’s happening with my car. Not today, I got plenty of education and was treated with respect. I appreciate this particular location very much, the service was done so quickly, and Wes is the best!
