This place never stays open during the business hours that are advertised. Online it says they're open til 9pm. For the last two nights I've arrived before 9pm and they've been closed. Staying open during the advertised business hours might be a good way to run a business. Just sayin'

Usually when I go here it's fine without much problem. Today however was crazy. There was only one poor girl running the place and she was having problems with the ice cream machine. Meanwhile a line was forming and a couple people left. The poor girl was stressed and had to call her manager to help her with the situation. After about 25 minutes or so of waiting/debating on leaving, we finally got our order. I know it's not the summer, but they need to hire more staff if they want happier customers! It's the weekend too. Poor managing all around!
