Thank you for your questions, Mark. We have ADA compliant apartment homes. We do not have master keys, but our maintenance team members have backup access to apartments in case of emergencies. This backup access is locked in a secured location. Residential rent fluctuates with personal income for Section 8 voucher holders. Our maintenance team members can address emergency work orders at any time of the day, but our management team members are only on-site during regular business hours. Jaclen Tower is not an elderly assisted community. Our team members only manage the community. Hi Dianne. Our residents are allowed to have houseplants such as holiday trees, but these items cannot be within 18 inches of any sprinkler head.
