Does the building have leaks? Are all apartments ada acessable? Does this building have ada sliding doors for the handicap persons to front door? Does this place take section 8 or mrvp housing vouchers? How is management there?

Hi Mark. We have no known leaks in our building, and we treat any such issue as an emergency, working quickly to resolve such problems. Not all of our apartments are ADA accessible, we have specific homes that meet these criteria. We have an automatic door and accept section 8 vouchers. I have a family member who lives there. They are very happy living in the building. The few maintenance issues that have occurred, have been addressed immediately. They have been made to feel welcomed by all of the other tenants. The company does accept housing. The application process does take some time though. It is worth the wait. This is a very convenient location.
