The place is over price 😡 they trying compete with other places that have stainless steel appliances.. granite countertops and state of the art gym ,the other place has a bathing station for your dog ..so we decided to go to a new place that alot nicer.. Heat and hot water included at other places..folly is a dump

Has been mediocre at best bern here about 10yrs. was great for like 7 yrs but management and people in office have come and gone. Rent has been goin up steadily every year until this yr with the pandemic hurting everyone they have decided to start diving hard into your pockets the rent they are charging on line is rediculous for what you get here it's like living in a hotel suite.. all appliances and cabinets are very low grade.. the parking has become a nightmare and strict so if u want a visitor look out they have to walk a mile away or get towed poor elderly visitors to have to park so far away.. also will charge you for extra parking space.. but still first come first serve, really? pay extra for a space you may or may get if I pay I want a marked space cause I'm paying. Parking will never get better cause they have no room to expand close to most buildings always having to park on street no organization for plowing people having to shovel there cars out people not made to move there cars for snow remova which causes even less spaces to park. Place not good for kids no hoops playground etc.any kids that do stay here seem un supervised and left to run around the buildings disturbing tenants. They dont want to be bothered with the liability..place allows pets one good point.. electric every thing, will run you 400 a month or more during winter I have neighbors on the ground floor that have told me 600 dollars for a couple months.. one more thing the wonderful field of dog poo great to run around on or lay a blanket down.. 👍 oh and when the place loses power your on your own no backup generators hope you can afford a hotel room during an outage..

I worked with Jenn the whole time. I am not sure why there are so many bad review, probably because people only leave reviews when they are mad/disappointed, but I have no complaints. The complex is very quiet and clean. There is normal apartment noises, but nothing unexpected. Our apartment was cleaned properly and new appliances. Trash removal is great. Parking can be tricky, but we always find parking, (sometimes the walks are a little longer then expected), but nothing bad.

I've been in several different apartments and apartment types over the past 5 years or so both on the north shore and not. Never in my life have I worked with such a professional and efficient staff. The property itself is beautiful and beyond reasonably priced. The fact that they are so pet friendly and that the community itself is friendly makes it really feel like a home rather than an apartment. I've felt nothing short of comfortable living there. Maintenance is incredibly fast, trustworthy, professional and personable along with of course the office staff as well. It really goes to show how much the management of the property cares about the property and their reputation. Nothing but high praise on my end - if you are looking for an apartment that can feel like your own little home, this is absolutely the place for you.
