My wife and I are here in Rockport for the summer. We brought our E-bikes from Atlanta Ga on our bike rack, a Kuat which is equipped To hold heavier bikes. Last week a car accidentally backed into our driveway hitting and breaking the rack. I knew I had to replace the rack ASAP to be able to drive back to Atlanta with the bikes aboard. After a quick Google search I landed on Beverly Bikes. I called and talked with Finn and Bill and they immediately said they would order a new rack that was exactly the same as the one damaged. I called on a Monday and the new rack was received, put together and installed on the following Friday. The whole thing could not have been more professionally handled. I saw where they had a good selection of new bikes they sell which they obviously service. I have found that it is a good policy to buy a bike from a reputable company like Beverly Bikes where you can get advice and have your bike serviced as needed over time. Thanks.

Excellent service. This is the best bike shop I’ve ever been in. They are super friendly, attentive to detail, and answering all questions without rush. My bike was ready within 20 minutes from drop off. Recommend everyone for sure 👍👍👍

Called to inquiry about a bike for myself and was pleasantly surprised with the calm and helpful voice of Bill. Was unsure on bike type, size and style. After trying out a few bikes I was able to find an ideal choice. Being only 5” 2’ and with a small frame typical bikes are either large or bulky. Had a great experience and recommend this bike shop for all your cycling needs.
