Received a production photo of my bronco and vin number from Ford. Never heard from the dealership so I drove over to see if it was there. The dealership told me they knew nothing about the bronco I had ordered, but they had another bronco on the lot, but because they claimed to have no proof of my previous order and deposit I would have to pay “fair market price”…. 20k over sticker price! I called Ford and gave them the vin number from my order and they said it was delivered over a week ago. So the dealership straight up lied to me and tried to screw me out of even more money. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The customer service was excellent! The gentleman who helped me was super friendly as were the entire staff! They told me that service itself would be a while, but it took a lot less time than I was expecting! I would highly recommend getting your car serviced here if needed!

Hello Emby, I am the shop foreman at Kelly Ford. Are you referring to the actual hybrid battery? If so, I believe that is covered under the powertrain warranty which is 5 years 60,000 miles.
