I went here today to get a new screen protector and then decided to go for a new case. The woman helping me was very helpful and patient when choosing my case. She even helped me find a dark red case. I would definitely come back to this location when I am due for an upgrade!

Do not go to this store! They are a scam! They give my an offer for a trade in upgrade. They said it would get credited towards my new phone. Still have no received it, they still have my old phone yet won't give it back claiming they have shipped it. I have made several calls. Please avoid this place.

Steven was a pleasure to work with and made it easy to trade in my device due to it being broken. He did all the work of transferring over my data and even put the screen protector on flawlessly. That’s a struggle around here 😂. I would easily go back there again.

I am a creature of habit and am not computer smart so to speak and I wasn’t the easiest customer for Kat to deal with but she was extremely patient and explained everything to me about the cloud and moved all my info over so quickly and easily. I wasn’t sure I knew my password so she helped me reset it for the cloud which saved me! I have been telling everyone at work they must go to your store in Beverly on Dodge street as it was so easy and Kat was amazing!!! Thank you so much again!!!
