To reserve an apartment, we require a $500 holding deposit which officially reserves the apartment while we begin the application process with you. If you change your mind, you do have 72 hours and have that holding deposit returned. For move-in costs, we require your first month's rent on a prorated basis along with a security deposit. Typically the security deposit amount is $1,000 however this is contingent on your credit check. Depending on this credit check, we could require a full last month's rent in addition to a full month's security deposit.

Our community features studio, one, and two bedroom floor plans with a variety of layouts to match your needs. Monthly prices can fluctuate so we recommend that you visit our website or call our leasing office for the most up to date pricing. Our studio apartments start at $1,605/month whereas our one bedrooms start at $1,655/month, and two bedrooms start at $1,975/month.

All occupants over the age of 18 are required to fill out an application. For each applicant, we perform the following: 1) Credit check 2) Rental history verification (going back three years) 3) Income Qualification - the monthly rent cannot exceed more than 30% of your gross monthly income

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome both cats and dogs, with certain breed restrictions for dogs. There is a $50/month charge for Dogs and $35/month charge for Cats. The following is a list of our restricted dog breeds: Rottweiler, Pitbull, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmation, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, German Shepherd, Akita, Mastiff, Straffordshire Terrier or any mix of these breeds
