We love it here .people are nice and polite . Keep up the good work . The management always answer our questions and fix any issue in a timely manner. Wish there is more parking spots though .

Although I had to make a last moment change to my leasing plans the quality and design of having a real town home with no one overhead so appeals to me. The sample unit is beautifully decorated. All of the floors are vinyl with a wood look so super easy clean up and you can choose to cover with your own choice of rugs or not. The proximity to a Whole Foods and route 128 are a blessing. The staff in the leasing office could not be more personable. I can highly recommend meeting with Shawnee or Melissa, they are super professional and very honest and upfront with all the amenities. A dear friend who moved less than a year ago loves Halstead. She is an artist and likes the sunlight for her art projects. I am told with newer management and renovations complete jave made Halstead a better lifestyle and value for making a home rather than just a rental house.

Friendly staff, I call one Beyoncé cause that’s her favorite singer. Extremely quiet place to live. The apartment is designed for your money’s worth and it definitely is, I honestly feel like I’m underpaying compared to where I lived before. Maintenance is awesome and on call 24/7. There’s a pool with life guards so kids can swim safe and crazy advanced gym they built. Trash is taken out on time ( if you ever lived a place where take forever to come and you are left with that foul smell outside the apartment due to full dumpster). I love the commuter rail is a 7 min walk, Whole Foods 5 min walk, emergency room 4 min drive, and if you fancy bikes there is a bike store 3 mins away with amazing bikes. Most of all the people here are great.

I have lived here for 14+ years and have experienced highs and lows at this community. I continue to call this home as I really do love it here. It is more of a family community than an apartment complex. I appreciate the new management staff as they have been outstanding with every detail since we have gotten the most recent new owners. The maintenance staff is great...very quick to respond and in resolving issues. I hope they stay for awhile as we have had a lot of flux in the management office and Melissa and Shawnee are the best! They have already instituted new processes and procedures, cleanliness, safety measures in a pandemic situation, patio snow removal, etc. etc. Thank you, Ladies!
