Although they are the most reasonable even in a heady rental market the fees include most utilities. Quiet area close to Wenham/Hamilton/Essex. A few disappointments… limited guest parking, in unit washer dryer is inherited from previous tentants or bought new. Photos are not necessarily representative of actual site. Mixed responsiveness by staff when addressing renter needs. Overall a good value in a nice area. Assigned parking no amenities as most condominium complexes provide.

I see there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the units. How far away is the laundry room and is it old school where I need to use quarters?
