Really nice and professional place, they take various different pets not just dogs and cats. I felt safe leaving my pet hamster in their care. You are given different options for cremation for reasonable prices unlike some other places. They also offer various different urns you can pick out in store but if you dont like what you see the cremation service comes with a standard tin for your pets ashes (as seen in the picture). you can get delivery of your pets ashes but it will be extra of course, pick up is free. Make sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment to have a quick and easy transaction! when you arrive you'll most likely fill out a standard questionnaire about your pet and your information, its a very quick process. Overall it was a good experience, Thank you for taking care of my little friend!

It took some time to write this review as grieving & mourning has taken up most of the time in my days. We lost our pet whom we rescued. We thought we had more time but we didn’t. I appreciate Joe and his kindness. Our print was given to us on the same day and it made the world of a difference. I walked around with it and stared at it until our baby was ready to be picked up. It made missing his presence a bit easier. I read somewhere that Joe was clammy and cold but I wouldn’t say that. I don’t think having to see people in distress & caring for animals who have passed is an easy living. I appreciate most the care put into the service. He was placed in the most beautiful little purple box a bit different from the one shown to us there which meant a lot since finding an urn has taken a lot of time and we weren’t ready to decide just then in the moment. It’s been a temporary home but a nice one for chunk. Everything was done with care, neatly and promptly. It didn’t take very long for us to get him back. We didn’t have insurance for him or much of anything since he was a stray but compared to other places that wouldn’t take us this place did and for a reasonable price compared to others. I have many pets and can’t imagine losing any but when that day comes I hope to go back to this establishment as I know they’ll be placed in good hands. Thank you again for the service.

Very unprofessional! Told us we had to be there by 1:30 if we wanted to pick up our pets ashes and then showed up over 20 minutes late making us wait outside. No consideration for people's time!
