Today I had a 10am appointment and let me just say the first thing that stuck out to me was how dirty and disgusting the main bathroom (waiting area bathroom) was. There should be absolutely no reason for a restroom to smell like dry urine and have no hand soaps or paper towels 🙄😒

The dermatologist rushed me out the office after seeing me for about 5 minutes. I asked him 4 questions which he quickly answered briefly. He was standing the whole time indicating he was rushing as he told his medical assistant or nurse what to write. When I said I have just one more question, he said "too many questions for one visit, have a nice day" and left me feeling stupid when he is getting PAID for my visit. A REAL doctor addresses all your questions and concerns before ending a visit. I will not go back there and will request a referral elsewhere. The front desk also tried hard to be nice but was not genuine. Go there if you'd like for convenience, but I DO NOT recommend. *After your response, NO I will not be going back there. If you are limited by insurance companies, you can input the 1 or 2 addressed issues in the computer and then answer any other questions or concerns if you really care about your patients within the 15 minutes (I was only there for about 5 min.) As stated, DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND. Hire doctors that really care, are nice, and respect their patients. Be more professional.

Very unprofessional. Front desk was okay and the medical assistants also, but the doctor does not care about the patient and just seems just there to take money from the people in the Bronx Community.
