My parents have been going here for a few years now, but after the last distasteful experience, I will take them someplace else. My mom was sent a bill for a service she did not get. I've contacted billing and they told me that because it is an office product, there is nothing they can do on their end and that I have to contact the office and talk to the manager, Rashminda. I've called everyday the past week and the front desk gave the same answers "oh she's not in today" or let me transfer you- and it would be to the call center. They are fraudulent and it takes forever for the supervisor or the manager to contact you back for any issues. I will have to go in person now and waste my time trying to handle this instead of it being solved over the phone. I've recommended friends to go here, but there are plenty of other dermatology offices out there that ARE responsive and value your time.

This place is fake ,i had a boil on my tthigh,i had it for quite a few yrs ,i decided to go to this place ,a dr friedler came into the office and inject cortisone into the boil with out cleaning area and left ,2 weeks after i ended up in emergency with a very bad infection that could have killed me .I will be contacting my lawyer to sue them

The worse! I went there for a consult with Dr Appleboum, he told me he was going to prescribe something and never called it in to the pharmacy. I called every day , took me 30 to 40 min each time to speak to someone who took the detailed information and still nothing has been done. It has been 22 days since my appointment.

This place is horrible! Run far away. After my appointment they never wrote my script. I called this place up to twenty times to get my prescription filled from Nurse Practitioner Hauchouser. It’s been a month and no one has called me back. Also good luck getting through on the phone. They will leave you on hold for 30 minutes. Very unprofessional!
