I went in as an option to TJ Maxx to get a present for someone and the item scanned in at a few dollars more than the price it was advertised in the store. The clerk gave an excuse that they're short staffed so can't change all the prices. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work in management and instead of the song and dance routine they should have just given it to me as the price it was advertised in the store. This isnt the first time this has happened at this particular store. Will not be going back

David at the Milford Big Lots shows tremendous customer service, making shopping here a pleasure! The store always has a variety of goods to pick from and organized.

I want to personally thank the manager for going out of her way to help me. I believe everyone in this particular store puts the customer above everything else. As an older attorney, it is very refreshing to see such a great caring for not only the quality of their goods, but the way each customer is treated with the highest dignity. Again it is not often found in retail, but I do hope that if u are in the Milford area, u stop in and make a purchase. .
