I am highly upset with this facility. There were two incidents that occurred on my vehicle that were not cool. I tried to give them a second chance, but I realize I cannot put my trust in this facility any longer and take a chance of ruining my vehicle for good. The first incident was an oily rag left behind that caught on fire under the hood of my vehicle. The second incident was my my car being bone dry after a recent oil change. My car does not leak oil nor does it burn oil.

Fast ! Friendly ! *Just had my car looked over & done by a mechanic friend of mine , just needed a quick oil change... They did not try to "upsell" as everyone thinks they do... Great service!

Employees should pay attention to who has been waiting awhile before taking people that just arrived. I've been to other locations where they pay attention so customers aren't stuck behind a door that takes a long time.
