Milford Bicycle is an excellent example of a great local business. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I use them for bike purchases for my entire family and for continual maintenance on my bike investments. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.

Don't ever order anything from this shop. You'll never receive either the item or a phone call saying that your item is there. Item was stock at Trek Wisconsin, which is usually at most one week delivery. After three weeks of phone calls to this shop and them never contacting me, said that item has not arrived. I've given up.

Travelled half an hour to get there, and it was well worth the time. Jeff was the best - extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me great advice about rehabbing my old Trek as well as sampling a brand new one. His insight was spot on and I appreciated the time he took to explain things. They changed my old tires immediately as they were a hazard and even gave me a break when they didn’t have the cheaper ones in stock. It’s nice to be treated like a valued customer for once - especially as a woman. I’ll be going back for a tune-up soon.

I recently stopped into Milford Bike to pick something up for my son. I worked with both Jimmy and Jeff while I was there. They were beyond helpful and great with my son. If you are in the market for a bike or accessories I would highly recommend stopping in.
