Always have trouble with making appointments even though we have referrals and authorizations in place. Staff is RUDE and condescending. Once you get appointment, they are normally running 45+ minutes late all around. Very rushed appointments and no time for questions. You are just a number and form of payment to them. I like Dr Fisher, but that is about the only good experience so far.

Definitely recommend this practice. I was new to the area and needed a doctor to continue my allergy injections. Dr Castellano was so kind and easy to talk to. After I told him I've been getting allergy injections for over 10 years he suggested I learn to do it myself and was willing to have the nurse teach me. I chose not to go that route since I get 2 shots and wasn't too keen on the idea of doing it myself. I go into the office every 5 weeks and they administer my shots. There was an issue in charging me a copay for each time I go, but the billing office worked it out and was able to submit to the insurance company without a copay like my other doctor did. I applaud the office staff for being so efficient . . . I never run into a problem there, everyone is super friendly and the wait time isn't terrible. Just don't forget your EpiPen every time you get your injection or you'll have to go back. They are very strict about it, but for good reason.

I can't ask for better group! Dr.fisher and Alicia are the best! My little boy was born with a cleft palate, we've had several surgeries to make things better for him! They have been by our side since day 1! They always listen to my fear, questions and are always so helpful! I drive 40 mins away to just come here! I can't be more grateful to Dr. Fisher and Alicia! I truly appreciate everything they have done for my little boy!
