First the bad; I bought my one owner 2019 4Runner TRD Pro from Imperial Toyota and got it home only to discover hail damage on the hood and roof! I literally had an out-of-body moment and couldn't understand how Imperial Toyota or I missed the damage while testing driving the car. I immediately called the Sales Manager Bob Baillargeon and he apologized for the oversight by the inspection staff. Bob instructed me to bring the 4Runner in as soon as I was able and he would get it repaired. I also mentioned that the rear cargo door was missing a dome light cover and the steering wheel vibrated at 60mph. Now the good; I brought my 4Runner to the Service Department for the hail damage repairs/maintenance and the original salesman, Majed Abdalla and Bob personally met me and took care of everything. I was given a loaner car for two days while they repaired the hail damage and replaced the dome light cover and front brake rotor that was causing the vibrations. When I took possession, I closely inspected my 4Runner (live and learn) and it looked brand new. Bob even had them detail it as well which I thought was a class act. He also gave me his card and told me if I ever needed anything done to the 4Runner he would take care of it. As I drove it home at 60mph, I noticed the earlier steering vibrations were gone as well. I would definitely recommend Imperial Toyota for your next car because they stand by what they sell.

Excellent service! I was able to buy and obtain a new car in a day! Emile is an amazing cars salesman and so easy to work with! This is my 3rd car from this dealership and the experience continues to be great. Nick, our salesperson, was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job laying out our options and negotiating our deal. The service department is also top notch. Highly recommend!

This is the third vehicle since 2012 I have purchased from this location and more notably from Hany Arian. I have always found him and everyone at the dealership to be helpful, fair, and most importantly very reasonable when it comes to price and negotiating. If you are looking for Toyota, I would highly recommend you stop by or call the dealership and ask for Hany. Special mention to Bob, Sales Manger. Fair, trustworthy, and committed to doing what right for the customer.

Hello Kenneth, an appointment is not needed. It is first come first served. It does tend to be very busy on Saturdays and at the end of the month.
