I am from Wisconsin and called because I shipped something and apparently it did not have enough postage on it. The guy I talked to was extremely rude on the phone. He had a bad attitude right away. I asked him why he treats customers like this because he is a government employee and our tax dollars pay his wages. Being in customer service myself, he needs to learn how to handle customers better. Especially if they are just calling asking a question.

I had a little problem with a priority mail shipment I sent from Pennsylvania to Milford - the packaged kept getting caught in distribution centers loops both in Pennsylvania and New England. I called Milford’s post office and spoke to supervisor, Dawn. She went above and beyond tracing my delayed shipment. Dawn finally freed my package from the loop system. My package is being delivered to a local Milford address today. Thank you Dawn for a job well done. I really appreciate your efforts !!!

Just like the reviews below, rude staff. I don't live in MA but a customer of mine does and we've been having issues getting her package. I called 1800 USPS who told me there shouldn't be an issue but when speaking to Don, he explained what the issue was and my customer will have to pay additional postage charge. I asked Don for their address so I could call USPS back for more help and he stated ...why so you can send me a check? lol let's just say Don didn't a such a good day after that. Oh and when he did give me the address he 4 Congress St. Wrong address buddy.
