First time there for a manicure. Nail tech was a bit aggressive getting original dip off. It was not comfortable. At the end she stated she was done but she didn’t finish up with lotion and hand massage. Other clients were getting hand massages.

I recently moved to the area and this was my first time at 99 Nails, I left that place super happy. All the ladies are very friendly and the person who took care of my nails was fast and did a fantastic job, thank you Helen! I will definitely come back soon :) Ps: I got a hand lotion as a present for the holidays and that made my day 💛

This place was great! I scheduled an appointment at 4:00, but I had to wait 40 minutes because of how busy they were with other customers. I had my nails done by Lee and she was very sweet and gentle with me. I’m 14 and was treated with the same respect that the adults were receiving which was great. Since I had to wait 40 minutes and it was my first time at this salon they gave me a discount and I didn’t have to pay the full price. Will definitely come here again!
